Shipping & Returns
Bijoux offers free shipping within Australia on all orders. If you require an item be shipped overseas, please contact us directly at email@example.com or via the contact form on our contact page.
Bijoux is happy to offer returns in the form of an exchange or credit note for the value of the item/s purchased but we do not offer refunds. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Your item/s must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the policy conditions outlined below.
- Item is unworn
- Item is in saleable condition
- Item is in original packaging
- Item is accompanied by original receipt and returns & exchange form
Prior to the return of your item/s, you are required to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns authority (RA) number and returns & exchange form. Items that are returned without an RA number will not be accepted. Upon inspection, items will be accepted only if returned in accordance with the conditions outlined above and your credit note or exchange will be issued.
Bijoux offers a 12 month warranty from date of purchase on all items in store or online. During this warranty period, any faults in workmanship or material will be resolved by Bijoux.
The 12 month warranty issued on all items does not cover the following.
- Any alterations or repairs undertaken by anyone other than Bijoux
- Damage due to daily wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, accident, abuse or any other type of use causing damage
Please note that all white gold products along with some of our sterling silver products are rhodium plated. Rhodium plate wears off over time and does eventually need to be re-plated, at the cost of the customer. In turn, rhodium plating is excluded from the warranty.
